         30 sec sit up stand up
         30 sec rest
         Repeat 4 times

Cardio 3
         .25 run
         30 sec squat throws
         30 sec box jumps
         30 sec kettle bell swings
         30 sec of rest
         Repeat 4 times

Cardio 2
         .25 run
         30 sec jump rope
         30 sec plank
         30 sec flutter kicks
         30 sec rest
         Repeat 4 times

 

The challenge is to finish this in under an hour
