Mediterranean Shrimp Scampi

6 oz. Wheat angel hair pasta
1 tsp. olive oil
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes w/ garlic, basil, and oregano
Pinch or two fresh pepper
1 lb peeled shrimp
Pinch red pepper flake
1 ½ oz feta

Directions
Cook pasta. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green pepper and sauté 1 mn. Add the garlic and tomatoes; cook about 1 minute. Add the black pepper and shrimp cover and cook about three minutes or until the shrimp are done. Stir in red pepper and remove from heat.
Plate - about 1 cup pasta and 1 cup shrimp 1 ½ tbsp feta
